The staff was great, and the room wasn’t too bad. The beds were clean, and the floors were nice. The fridge/freezer was bigger than I expected, which was helpful. If you’re going to stay for awhile, then you should bring a broom, because the floors get dirt tracked in. The ceiling in the room was not clean. You can tell that the maids cleaned the bathroom with the door open, because behind the bathroom door was not cleaned after the last people stayed (plunger marks on the back of the door, and things smeared on the wall). Also, there was only half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, so we had to buy our own. Of course, you don’t see these things when you first look. The shower was not good-It definitely needs a new shower head. I didn’t expect anything amazing for the price, but a cleaner room would have been nice.

Arrived around 11 pm from San Diego laya was very kind and sweet helped me check in Heather B was amazing very professional and was able to accommodate our needs swapping us from 2nd floor to first floor

The room was very dirty especially the bathtub, which was unusable. The second floor landing and walkway is extremely dangerous to walk on - since the concrete is missing in large chunks.

Right price and great Mexican restaurant nearly
The price was right and the staff was friendly. Too bad there ice machine has been out of order since before forever and the only vending they have is from the front desk. A little pricey but an excellent Mexican restaurant within walking distance.

Just being honest
The front desk ladies were AMAZING. the property on the other hand definitely needs an update. My room was clean, enough. I was only there for two days and it was to get away for the holidays, that being said I expected a little more I guess. Ladies at the front desk were amazing, don’t get me wrong, but the owner of this property now needs to step up for his workers and make this property something they can be proud of working in. Honesty is what makes progress.
