We didn't care much for the parking situation but we were only staying for a night. We would have loved to have spent more time. The T.V. in the bedroom was off air but it was later in the evening so we opted not to bother anyone, but they should make sure that all rooms are set to go. It's a lovely property and the staff was wonderful.

My first time visiting the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort was exceptional, and I can’t recommend it enough. The location is stunning, nestled among picturesque mountains with breathtaking views. The property is beautifully maintained, with multiple pools that are perfect for relaxing or enjoying the warm Arizona sun. The staff were attentive and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with amenities that made it feel like a true getaway. Dining options on-site were varied and delicious, adding to the overall experience. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, a family-friendly resort, or a spot for a romantic getaway, the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort is an excellent choice. I’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful property, it reminded me of Italy. It's very quiet, we couldn't hear our neighbours. The only two things are: -I wish the bathroom in our room was more clean when we arrived. It had somebody's hair on the shower wall and the hair drier in the sink cabinet had stains on it. - two pools near our building were closed during the entire four day trip:(

I had a fantastic stay here. From the free early check in to the amazing pool facility and great staff everywhere. The room was large and clean and had a nice balcony. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.
