The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The hotel is clean and in a great location, very close to restaurants and not hard to get into downtown Pittsburgh. The breakfast had a lot of great choices so everyone could find something! I have only good things to say about this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

Applaud this hotel!
The service was exceptional! I have animal support dogs and there was no feeling of "inconvenience". Provided Lyft to and from airport dropping my granddaughter off for an unaccompanied minor flight. And even offered me an hour later "late check-out" then what I asked for!! The room was clean and all staff were very friendly.
