"This house offered a perfect amount of space for 12 women. The open concept on the main level, as well as the deck space was perfect for us to comfortably spend time in the house when we weren't on the beach. Loved the short walk to the beach. "House was as described. Large rooms. Very clean. Modern. Beach is very easy walk. Very quiet area. Beach was not crowded. Immediate area did not have restaurants but short drive had plenty. We enjoyed our stay very much. Not a tourist area, but quiet, beautiful residential beach. Quite a lot of stairs though."

"The home was spacious, clean, well maintained and as described. Great for our family of 4. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, kitchen/cooking supplies. Pool area is lovely. There is a large dog that lives next door that barks constantly. We made almost zero noise while reading poolside and the dog continued to bark. The dog owner never quieted the dog that we could tell. The beach is across the street and the provided beach wagons, umbrellas and chairs are terrific. We found several restaurants within a few miles and wonderful shopping and restaurants in Naples, which is a short drive. Washer/dryer on site which is great. The tv’s in the main floor bedrooms were not user friendly and the shower curtains could use a good scrubbing. Overall, really nice home to relax in. Would recommend. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed this property. Nothing better than to just walk out the door and be sitting on the beach. House had everything you would need and kitchen was well supplied with all the essentials including 2 large refrigerators and one beverage fridge. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Very relaxing. Enjoyed the Gulf water, sand, sunsets, family game night on screened in porch, and the constant sound of waves hitting the beach. "

"The condo worked out well for our needs, which were to maximize the beach. The website pictures accurately described the property. There were many amenities available that supported time at the beach. We would have liked to have shampoo, plastic baggies, tin foil, and two door entry keys. The building was under construction, but was minimal disruption. Overall, great stay! "
