Booked a CABIN for 2 nights on Expedia.co.nz for $334-
- get to property and the 'cabin' was actually a budget room. Basically a box with 2 single beds. Complained to check-in staff and they say is an Expedia booking error. So in order to get what we wanted it cost an additional $330 but we were given a discounted rate of $250
******TOTAL SCAM******
This property was NOT what was advertised. The photos did not reflect the poor condition of the room or property. The booking DID NOT say it was a shared bathroom or mention the stained worn carpet, the smelly hallway, dirty pillows or holes in doors. We found other accomodation and left. We emailed the property but as yet have not received any communication regarding a refund. We would not recommend to stay in single room, multiple bed room. Very disappointing.
Love the individual villa/cabin not sharing walls with other units, the kitcheb space, the separate bedroom and the balcony entrance. Carpark lots are on 1st come 1st get it basis. Bathroom space is tight but manageable.

Nothing in rooms, just beds. No tv, bathroom or sufficient electrical sockets to charge phones.

This place is a hostel with shared baths. Dirty sofas in lounge. For same price we last stayed at Carlton in Dunedin. 10 notches above this hostel
We stayed in the 2.bedroom apartment. Spacious, clean updated. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Shower were not operating well, backing oven had missing trays.
Other than these it was fine, what we paid for value for money.
But they can improve on maintenance like fix the appliances like shower nosal etc..
We had exceptional service. We needed to go to a meeting in Queenstown at 12.45 p.m. but when we arrived in Queenstown at around 11.00 a.m. the town was crowded and we coudn't see anywhere we could park. We decided to see if we could leave our car at Pinewood Lodge and walk back to town, about ten minutes walk. I went to reception. The receptionist checked our booking on the computer and said, "Your room's ready. You can move in now if you like." I accepted the offer. The receptionist pointed out the location, gave us the key and we moved in. If we are visiting Queenstown again, Pinewood Lodge will be our first choice place to stay.
