" I didn't like is the appearance of the 9th floor that i was on. It need a face lift, and i think the carpet needs to change, the floor had a stuffy smell. Staff, food, appearance and hospitality is tantamount to a 5 star hotel. Worth recommending."

"My stay was an all too short 24 hours. Driving into the hotel grounds, I immediately felt like I was transported to tranquility. The staff were welcoming, warm, helpful, and communicated clearly. Food was excellent. For lunch I had red peas soup, red snapper in a fish sauce with okra, macaroni and cheese, and an elderflower martini. The breakfast buffet offers great variety. I tried cake and salt fish for the first time and loved it. I also had a steamed green banana, filleted fish and onions and peppers, a fried dumpling, and a sausage link. My room was bright and spacious. My only complaint is there was no bath rug in the bathroom. Overall simply excellent. I am planning my next trip for later this year. "
