"Although this house is a bit smaller and in an older neighborhood, it's been nicely remodeled and kept up overall and worked just fine for our family of 8. The master bedroom, despite being in a converted garage, still stayed warm despite the cooler overnight temps. The basement was noticeably cooler than upstairs which is to be expected in such a house, but they provided plenty of extra blankets for our kids down there. The yoga suite in the back was a nice little space, unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use it. We also loved some of the retro features like the bluetooth record player and old-school style Nintendo downstairs!"

"The location is a little bit out of the city proper but that’s not a bad thing! It took us about 15-20 mins to get to downtown. And in the evenings we were nestled in the hills of Bountiful. It was so lovely. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The property has a separate entrance and driveway. It is a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment under the main house. You can tell that a lot of care was taken to make the apartment warm, inviting and cozy. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The owners are very attentive and care a great deal about making their guests comfortable. The beds are super comfy and the place just feels like home. It’s very clean and overall just excellent. If you are going to SLC, stay here. You will not be disappointed. "
