Requested a room on the “off street” side of the building and it was very quiet. Beds comfortable. Room and bathroom very clean and good condition. Mini-fridge and microwave in room were a plus. Courtesy shuttle bus to airport was on time and convenient.

Very convenient for an overnight stay close to the airport. Shuttle service was efficient both ways, good communication, would stay here again. Only complaint was the area the hotel was in didn't seem amazing, but to be fair I didn't get out and explore much.

Property is characterized by unrealized potential. Rooms are large and lovely, but room 206 had very low water pressure and lukewarm hot water, empty soap dispensers in the shower, and the heater made strange clicking noises when the fan was set to low. Cable TV could not receive CNN, and only one shuttle per hour does not necessarily make for a convenient connection to flight schedules. Marginal value at $200 per night..

This is my second time using this hotel. The room was perfect. Very clean & comfortable. Hotel is conveniently located across from SF airport with access to free shuttle to & fro. Prices are reasonable! Highly recommend it!
