This hotel is located in a fun location with lots of restaurants and bars and is right on the beach, so that’s a big plus! Generally the hotel is not too clean, seems understaffed, the beds were springy and old, the bathrooms were ok but could be cleaner, we only had one pillow (they ran out of pillows), and it can be a bit loud but that’s not too bad.

I like Sandy Beach bse it was located in the center of El Condado. It is not a fancy place but it will give you the amenities that you need. It’s cleaned and quiet.

Horrible service poor communication
The flight was canceled and i called the hotel to update them. I was told that everything was ok and that the hotel would be able to accommodate us. When i arrived, the syrup was flipped. Nothing. Not even the note that was supposed to be entered for my late check in.

Great location . On the beach and walkable to lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is outdated , very basic amenities. Friendly staff and it’s connected to a small cafe that served breakfast. Room was clean, lacked outlets and extra blankets. WiFi was terrible as well.

The hotel is very outdated, Expedia says that they provide breakfast and when we arrived they said there wasn't any breakfast included in the reservation, that it is a mistake what Expedia has on the website. The photos are not updated to what it looks right now. I stayed there for the weekend before Christmas 2024 and we did not like it. There was a security guard that seemed to follow us as we were walking into our room which scared us. The door lock's are broken and the room of one of our other friends did not even had one. The shower had hairs in the drainage, there were not curtesy water bottles. Very old hotel, has no view to the sea
