We’ve stayed there many times and enjoyed every time this time Everything was good with service and room beside the hotel phone no longer worked and during both nights we had very disruptive neighbours jumping running slamming doors throughout the night and couldn’t call to complain because the phone didn’t work

The waterslides and pool area was awesome for family and kids! Hotel hallways were a little out dated, but overall an excellent serviced hotel! Vince at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with, an extremely nice man!

When I got to the property I was told Expedia didn’t book a pet friendly room. The hotel was unwilling to help, said it was an Expedia problem. Expedia told me it was the hotels problem. No one was willing to help me

When you first get to the property, it looks a little outdated and chaotic with the amount of traffic in the parking lot. However when you get inside the building, it looks massive and welcoming. The staff at the front desk were super kind and fun. However, the pool staff closed the pool 10 minutes early which is okay but kids pay attention to this lol There were some minor damages inside our room. A hole in the ceiling and what looks like a fixed hole with plywood in the wall in the bathroom. I do not advise getting room 151. Although my husband and I were stoked to get a number that reminded of us of our high school days, it was directly beside an exterior door that was slammed loudly every 15-30 minutes all night long. In addition to this, we had guests that I assume that were leaving around 4:30-5am that were speaking/shouting loudly with their, what sounded like, small children right outside of our room for about half an hour. This didn’t allow for anyone to get any sleep. We will stay here again but will request a different area or floor of the hotel and perhaps the hotel could consider putting a soft close on the exterior doors.
