I really liked this hotel. It was very clean and the staff gave great service. We were disappointed to learn that we had to rent beach chairs and umbrellas to use on the beach. So for 6 of us, it would have cost almost $300 a day to stay on the beach. I think this ridiculous especially when you are paying a resort fee of $35 a day per person. What does that fee go towards?

Plenty of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Tiki bar and beach area very welcoming. Did not use pool thus time but still beautiful. The only negative was no micro in room but available on request, which i wasn't aware of, but now know

The staff was friendly, greeting promptly. The room was average. Bed was comfortable. Issues: Black debris came out of air condition vent. Toilet continued to run water unless you shook handle. Night stand to left of bed, plug in for phone did not work. Shower water got warm, but not hot. Room was very small, and it was to be an ocean view, barely see ocean from side of building on 3rd floor. So for cost of room per night, it was very average. The Spa services were nice. The cost of room should of covered the parking fees, they did not, extra $29 per day for parking valet fee mandatory.

Nice place, extra expenses added at checkin

It was an expensive stay, a nice place with required valet parking at $29 per day on top of all the other resorts and taxes.
