I thought the property was fine and the staff were good it was good it is close to train station, there is great places on the main street to get something to eat. I enjoyed my my stay
The staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The location of the hotel was in walking distance of restaurants, shops and the train station. I was happy with my experience!
Quiet location and helpful staff. They got me a soft pillow (ask for one when you book)..
You can leave your bags if you have a late departure.
Wi-Fi was intermittent. Maybe because our room was at the end of the corridor.

Restroom had a stench and room/restroom were quite small and really cold but we just needed a room to sleep in anyway. Floors/walls were super thin tho. Could here next door neighbor’s fight one night. Really close to a train station/shops/restaurants tho. If you wanted you could ways walk to downtown Shinjuku. Took about 15 minutes. Otherwise, hotel itself was pretty drab. Suited just for sleeping and nothing else

It suited my purpose of short stay. If you want luxury, it is not the right place.

Great placement between Shin-Okubu station and Okuba station. Check out with key dropoff at the front desk was very convenient.
