Water leaking through the ceiling in the bathroom. Not very clean. Wouldn’t bring my family. Wouldn’t spend more than $50/night.

The breakfast was a bag with a muffin pack and a piece of fruit. As they said "grab and go style" not actually a breakfast like advertised. Also the bedding only had a sheet and a thin bed cover on it l, no actual blankets.

The room and property were clean. I specifically booked the location due to proximity of my business, and needed a jacuzzi for my sore back. The jacuzzi is broken so don't advertise that.

They discriminate against people who can stay at their property. I was asked to leave because my friend who is homeless came to visit me. I gave them a shower and we visited for a while when I went to the office I was asked to leave. I'm not homeless, I work for a living, and I was not disruptive in any way nor was my friend. I'm looking into legal action against the hotel for discrimination.

Great customer service but the motel was a dump

This motel is old and in desperate need of a renovation. It looked nothing like the photographs. The ceiling was cracked and plaster was coming down over the shower in the bathroom. The walls were paper thin and we could hear our neighbors walking around upstairs. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The only positive thing about staying here was the staff. Despite the poor quality of the room, the staff gave excellent customer service, but it's a shame to have such a quality staff in a not-so-quality motel.

I came to visit a friend who was homeless, these people kicked me out because my friend was homeless and I let her take a shower and sleep for awhile clear case of discrimination because social economic status. I will seek legal action against the hotel. I'm amazed that people can be so heartless. My friend caused no disturbance, did nothing to warrant being evicted from the property.
