Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is always clean. We have stayed here whenever we need to come to Lethbridge and are never disappointed! I also love that there is a Denny’s downstairs which is very convenient.

It was a very short stay. Arrived late at night and left early the next morning. Did not explore the hotel. Was just breaking up a very long drive to my final destination

The staff at this property were great! Friendly front desk and the staff at the adjoining bar where we had a drink and dinner were very pleasant and efficient. The room 803 was right at the elevator and the street noise ( racing bikes) was very loud. The room was clean but very run down. The bathroom was awful. Old flooring and very grubby worn tub. The furniture was dinged and the carpet was in pieces at the door of the room.
