Stains on the couch. Wall damages likely from old bed headboard. Poor restaurant hours. Mystery extra charges after checkout. I wouldn’t recommend the place if you’re looking for something nice.

Pleasant stay, staff very personable, attentive to any concerns, clean, comfortable beds...5 minute walk to sky train which takes you to Vancouver, Surrey, and Coquitlam. Convenient walk to Brentwood Shopping Centre…dining options close to hotel and restaurant at the hotel for breakfast…we would recommend and have stayed here several times.

Dingy, scuffed, and generally unwelcoming.

In desperate need of TLC. All the walls were chipped, scuffed, with paint cracking. Very dingy and unwelcoming feel. It’s cleared an older hotel which is fine, but it’s not well maintained. Light from outside that you can’t turn off shines through the window at night even with the curtain. Had an issue at check in and the staff member didn’t feel very empathetic or like he was working towards a solution. Said the issue was due to a hotel policy, it was not one listed anywhere I could find on the policies on this site. Asked to speak to a manager, was simply told there was no one available. Wasn’t offered any follow ups. Hotel restaurant was closed for dinner for 17 days, was not made aware prior to check in. Credit card was charged a hold for incidentals without the staff member informing us how much the hold was. We had to ask. Overall very disappointed. Would not recommend at all.
