I had to move my room twice because the room at first was located right where the elevator was which wasn't convenient, then the next time my room was located right next to a room that had its door open most of the time which showed complete mess on the inside and it looked as if someone was living there. It was creepy. In the morning, the Key ID on my door didn't work so I had to get the technician to let me inside my room. The water fountain didn't work so I had to fill up my water bottle in the gym. Generally some inconveniences.

The door key failed to work due to dead battery. We called twice. First time the guy came and supposedly fix it but when we came ba k the key again wasn’t working. Also the phone doesn’t work that we had to physically go down to the front desk. That was inconvenient. Also we r a party of 4 there wasn’t enough towels that we had to call for more towels. But good news that the bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Food is very good especially omelets we’re made to your likings

I loved the venue. The front desk attendant was excellent and loved this property, and I appreciated the complimentary drinks (although I missed using my tickets). The breakfast was also very good. However, I did have an issue with the heat in my room; it was quite cold, even after turning the thermostat up to 75 degrees. I struggled to sleep because of the cold, as it seemed the heating only worked well in the front part of the room and not in the bedroom or bathroom. Despite feeling uncomfortable due to the cold, I really enjoyed the venue overall. The front desk attendant was excellent and very friendly, which I appreciated as well. and so friendly, I appreciated that as well.
