I can admit I had way higher expectations for this location so I was a little taken aback during my stay. It was my first time at the wharf location. Getting into the hotel is a task, as there is no front main entrance way in. Having tons of luggage for a weekend stay with having to walk across other hotels to get to your hotel is a lot. Also the hotel staff admitted that they don't have baggage carts available for guests. No one is readily available for assistance. I had issues inside my room with the heating system. I do not like a lot of heat however it was freezing that weekend and the system was blowing cold air. It took having to put the thermostat to almost 80 degrees to feel a decent level of warmth in the room. The room was also a bit smaller than expected. Overall, it was just okay. It would not be a first choice option to restay in the future.

Great hotel came down for a friends birthday party and ate nearby and walked the wharf for a wonderful time the hotel was gorgeous and comfortable and right in the water - I will be back. Traffic and getting into the parking garage was a little crazy but once we were in all is well.

I asked the hotel when would my Room would be ready they said 2 hr I waited and came back in like 3 hrs my room walls was a mess and the photos look like the room spacious but it’s not it’s like a little box and when I asked for a refund and I basically didn’t check in yet they basically told me no with saying it and I just got tired of it so I left with no refund and just got another hotel bad experience never again

Our stay started on a rough note. Upon arrival, we discovered no luggage carriers were available, so my husband had to carry all of our bags upstairs without any assistance. To make matters worse, when he politely asked the front desk for help, their response was unprofessional and dismissive. We also booked a waterfront room but found it overlooked a courtyard instead. I had to pay for an upgrade to get the view I initially thought was included, which was disappointing and misleading. Once we settled in, the upgraded room was beautiful, the waterfront view did not disappoint. However, the initial hiccups left a lasting impression, and I’d recommend double-checking your reservation details and being prepared for some challenges during check-in.
