Amazing breakfast and incredible staff! The pool was lovely and the poolside bar was also very nice. I would highly recommend! Most of my friends stayed at another hotel in the city and wished they would have stayed here instead!

Bery nice layout and ease of parking. Some facilities were closed due to limited occupacies(not tourist season)>

Average hotel

The worst part was the very uncomfortable hard mattress. Unable to sleep. This hotel needs the bathrooms renovated. Not 5 star at all.

We are sad to read that you feel dissatisfied by our services even though we did everything we could to please you, including bringing you extra towels when requested, making sure to put special upper mattress by COCO MAT in your room as well as upgrading you to a superior non smoking room without any additional cost and all that despite the limited availability due to the hotel being fully booked. We do believe that our staff did its best in responding to every demand they received as long as it was humanly possible. Kindly note that our hotel makes sure to provide its clients with the best available COCO -MAT mattresses which are renowned for. Also there are several national and private institutions that have verified our classification as a 5 star hotel after thorough inspection of our premises which included the bathrooms and the mattresses. We hope that in the future you will find a hotel that will be closer to your expectations.

ONE GOOD HOTEL
Posted Oct. 19, 2016 on ExpediaGreat hotel and fantastic pool bar in a very good place near the city center. The staff very helpful and kind! The best thing in this hotel is how clean it is in all areas! Usually you don't see that in other hotels.

Sadece kahvaltısı güzeldi. Yatak çok sertti. Çarşaf üstünde lekeler vardı. Ve giderden koku geliyordu. Eski bir otel. Beklentiyi karşılamaz
