"I like the hotel ,the rooms were good ,staff as very good. Easy to get to from the airport .Just a change from the airport train to the subway line. There is a laundry across the street by the 7/11. You need to get an octopus card from the 7/11 to make the machines work (no credit cards). I'd stay again "

"When I feedback I didn’t like the room 2547 and requested for a room nearer to the lift, was given 1641 It’s a Much better room and more comfortable. Thank you check in team "

"Everything about the hotel was great. Place was small, but expected for HK. Checking in was easy as a foreigner. Easy transportation via tram to CWB area. Only gripe was that the hotel is on a hill: do NOT make the same mistake as us and try to walk to the hotel with big suitcases...."
