"Fantastic stay - beautiful Park Suite with wonderful views of Hyde Park. Close to Lancaster Gate tube station as well, making it extremely convenient to get around London. Gym is a great addition also, including a Peleton and Technogym treadmills! We will be returning in the future. Staff are incredibly friendly and will assist in any way they can with your needs! "Hakeem and Mehdi in reception were excellent, changing our room to take account of the need to reduce climbing stairs, giving advice of where to eat and how to use the tube (which saved pounds!). The room was small, as you would expect but was modern, well laid out, clean and in very good condition. Perfect for our 2 night stay."

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights during our first trip to London. It was an excellent place to stay. The convenience of the location to Paddington station was priceless and made getting around London and getting back to our hotel so easy. The front desk staff was always kind and helpful and even helped me make a phone call one morning when I was having an issue with my Oyster card. The breakfast selection was great, although we ate out a few mornings, I would say we had the included breakfast at the hotel about 5 times and they had a good variety of items to choose from. We loved having tea with breakfast every morning, but they also had coffee. The hotel location was very quiet and cozy and we felt safe there for our whole trip. The building is probably very old (but we liked that) and it's kept very well and was perfect for our trip. We would definitely recommend it and hope to return again sometime. "
