We flew in on a late flight and then it took us 2.5 hours to get through passport control and to find a taxi (which is a complete con game—download the DiDi app before you come). We didn’t arrive at the hotel until 2 AM and the staff here were so gracious and even gave us a late checkout. Breakfast is simply amazing and if you have children they will love it! They even had a lady making cotton candy and tons of kid friendly surroundings. Adorable! The rooms are beautiful and the shower is terrific! If we are back in Shanghai this is our definite go to! "
