Convenient to restaurants and retail stores. They are pet friendly and staff is friendly and accommodating. The reason for a 4 on cleanliness is floors felt damp.

Awesome check in service
The front desk check in ladies were amazing! The room we staying in smelled like smoke so I requested a room change. I don’t remember her name but she was so nice and helpful and got us in another room! The room was perfect! So much appreciated!!! Will stay again!

BROKEN FURNITURE AND HOLES IN BATH TOWELS
holes in bath towels are unacceptable! it was hot all night, as the a/c never went down, we didn't get any rest that night the lamp outlets are super loose and do not hold the chargers we will not be back!

Did not have enough toilet pagare and towels in the room, phone in rooom not working. Elevator not working. Dog barking all night. We travelled with a 85 year old and she had a hard time walking up and down the stairs. We were stuck in the elevator for about 10 to 15 minutes. This was definitely the worst stay at a La Quinta we’ve had. One more thing the front desk personnel while checking was not sure how to use the payment system.

the rooms had a weird smell by the hallway. The shower wall was loose. beds were clean though.
