Room was very cozy, location was very nice sense it was away from the city, but the room I had had several non-working lights which was a bit inconvenient, the blankets they had were really thin, and they only had waffles, cereal, and juice for there breakfast . But other than that, it was very affordable and I would stay again!!!

Could have been better, but could have been worse
We came to Abilene due to a death in the family. Rate was great. Cleanliness was another story. Floor wasn't swept, refrigerator was dirty. We were only there to sleep. Bed was okay. Only had one towel in bathroom had to ask for another one. Smoking room but no ashtray. House keeper did bring us the missing items we were missing. Had an issue with tv remote, never could get the volume to go up or down.

This is not somewhere I would recommend anyone coming to not even for the night it was so bug infested and dirty you can tell that the housekeeping barely cleaned up before someone new came in the room I ended up having to change rooms in the middle of the night because I woke up to use the restroom turn the light on and it’s about 20 roaches scattering on the floor like seriously and I’m pregnant and I had my 2 yr old so that wouldn’t work this place needs new management or to be shut down immediately

Nasty - disgusting - not really sure if it had been cleaned or not! When the clerk gave me my ID & room key, he tossed it at me and slammed the piece of wood back up against the window without a word!

We drove 15 hrs and needed to rest for the night, the guy was rude, wouldn't accept my ID proving it was me who booked the room can't get back our money room was already payed for before we got there and we weren't even able to check in and stay the night! Absolutely ridiculous! I will never be back to that place!

My stay at this Super 8 was very dissatisfying. Extremely dirty and unsanitary. Human hair was all over the room, the shower curtain was not clean, the sheets were dirty, and the carpet wasn’t vacuumed. They gave me one towel for a two person stay. There were dirty sheets outside of the room on the sidewalk for several days. I do not recommend. The rates were low, but I don’t think a low rate should correlate with cleanliness.

The room had recently been cleaned upon arrival which was nice. It smelled good. I got double queen room. My beds were low to the floor. The bed i slept on leaned to one side, so i rolled to that side (good thing i slept alone). We had no towels, wash cloths. Had to go to office(no phone in rooms) the desk person didn't believed me. I told him there was one towel,probably dirty since it was hung on the hook on bathroom door. I like to take bath, stopped broke and didn't really hold water (so i could soak and relax). No drinking cups either.(to rinse after brushing teeth) Water was hot, so nice hot bath, just wished i could have soaked longer. Bed was firm, plus. Overall stay, i probably wouldn't go back
