The hotel was okay. It was clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good. The WiFi did not work. When I asked the receptionist about it not working, her only advice was to restart my device. Our biggest complaint though was the mattress was horrible; extremely lumpy. Both my husband and I slept poorly because of it.

We just stayed for one night while passing through on a trip and it was great! The rooms seemed to be recently updated and were very clean. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast wasn’t bad either.

This was the second Holiday Inn that I have stayed in during the last 48 hours that turned out to have a cockroach in the room. What is going on here? I was in Savannah the night before and saw/killed a cockroach in my room then the next day in North Augusta, the same scenario happened. Please,please, please, fix this . I’m again, considering never to stay at any Holiday Inn moving forward. Oh by the way, I have a video with day/time stamps to prove my point.
