"The Fairmont Doha is obviously a gorgeous hotel, and it is just as impressive inside as it is out. The lobby and rooms were beautiful and spotless. The morning breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. But I have to single out the professionalism and quality of their staff in particular. Hotel greeter Solomon was both friendly and helpful. The concierge staff had excellent pointers for our time in Doha, beyond the "standard" information; Conri was particularly noteworthy. My wife and I were there on our honeymoon, and the entire hotel went above and beyond to make us feel special. Can't wait to stay there again."

Note, there are multiple Tivoli hotels at Souq Waqif-- they share the same main lobby building, and the staff will transport you and your luggage on golf carts to your specific building. If you are calling in a driver or taxi, they will likely try to meet you at the main lobby, not your building, FYI."
