I canceled my three day stay and had an Expedia person changed to a one night stay. When I tried to check in they had no room for me. Expedia ruined me hard on this one. I had to find another room at a different hotel; $600 for my one night.

Property was clean, parking areas were well lit, front desk attendants were friendly. As a Sr Citizen and female I felt very safe which is important when I travel. Only negatives were shampoo container in shower was empty and tub floor was quite slick when wet so perhaps some sort of non slip strips on tub would b helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

The good, the reservation processwas easy. The front desk staff were both accomodating and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was typically unremarkable, but for free you could do worse. The coffee was good. The bad was the state of maintenance of the airport shuttle. We nearly were trapped inside due to the difficulty of the stuck door. Fortunately I was able to open the door when others were not. It was unnecessarily difficult due to a faulty door latch. This should be addressed as soon as possible.

Clean quiet room. Funniest part was the airport shuttle van door wouldn’t open and we had to climb over the front seat to get out . Would stay here again.
