The front desk clerk was rude and condescending to us at checkin, she would not answer questions about “incidental charges “. I asked what they might be as there is no mini bar or room service at this hotel and she never answered. I felt as if she was treating us as if we were being told that’s just the way it is like it or not, who treats people like that??? I am outraged at such behavior!!!!

This hotel is nice, the room was nice and modern, the hotel is under construction but it was no inconvenience, they worked around the guest quite good, I stay for 5 days and not once, house keeper came to my room, I had to go down to the front desk for fresh wash clothes and fresh towels. Breakfast was boring, not much options but it was okay. They have a laundromat but no quart machine for the laundromat, I asked the asian receptionist, how I'm I suppose to do laundry without quarts , she informed me that the hotel was a cash less hotel and i need to walk in the freezing weather around to the gas station for quarts , I told her that did not make sense because it's a coin laundromat so how comes you guys don’t have coins , she told me , she did not know, and she only doing her job and totally ignored me after but I was persistent so she call Ludwig, head of maintenance and he was such a big help, he went in his car for quarts and change them for me , thanks Lugwig!! Good customer service!! Also there is no microwave in the room, that was not good, especially for a person who did a 5 days stay! Overall nice , clean , relaxing place, just need a coin machine in the laundromat and microwave in the room, and more options for breakfast!! And give Ludwig, head of maintenance a raise.

Horrible experience Room key didn’t work after the 3rd attempt we got a new room. The new room didn’t have running water. Off to another hotel room which was wasn’t the room we booked. My kids had to sleep on a pullout. Horrible overall

Even though there was renovation taking place we still enjoyed our stay. The workers were never in our way. Still had a quality breakfast, the room was still neat and welcoming and the service was phenomenal. We really liked the 2 day service for our room.

Clean and convenient. Great options for breakfast. Hotel was being remodel but still a nice and clean environment. I would stay here again. I only wished they provided microwaves in the rooms. I had to go dowmstairs to warm everything.

Good stay just did not like that I stayed 5 nights and room did not get cleaned at all any of those days..I had to keep calling for towels and rags.Plus construction was going on so it was a little noisy at times but not bad.Breakfast was disappointing and coffee was always cold so had to go get breakfast every day Staff was nice so that was good.
