We had a great stay at Four Points by Sheraton in Alexandria, LA. Everyone we encountered at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and recently updated. We would definitely stay again!

Pool was closed and not available for use during my stay. Towels were limited, I would have like to have seen a beater meat selection for breakfast. Fruit water from the evening before should have made fresh for the next morning. Overall my stay was good.

Excellent compared to the previous place prior to renovations. Now that it is a Marriott facility, soooo much better! Great Customer service at front. Accommodations very comfortable.
