Never got my $10 casino credit, smoke filled hallways in Hotel. Room was clean and nice and quiet, bed comfortable. Pool "closed for the season" reservation didn't mention that part!

We almost didn’t get a room. When we went to check in the front desk asked if we booked thru a third party which we did. Then we were informed there is no guarantee for a room with a third party booking. He looked and said sorry no rooms available. He gave us the name of a hotel down the street. We sat in their lobby researching a new hotel to stay at nearby. 7 minutes later, the front desk walked over to us and said he spoke with his manager and they were able to find us a room. Talk about stress. Pretty sure I will never book through a third party again. When I make a reservation I’d like to know there is a guarantee of a room.

Great Hotel
Great hotel. Loved the bathroom. But smoke from the casino makes its way into the hotel room. I will say I am thankful to the front desk for running contact solution to my room so quickly.

Room not ready on time!
Drove 3 hours, got there at 4:50 and was told the room was not ready yet. Asked for some sort of accommodation and the supervisor just told the person at the desk "we're full we cant do anything you just have to wait". After 15 min we were able to get to the room. Last time I stay there!

The resort was wonderful. But I hate the fact that it’s a smoking casino and you have to walk through that to get to the nonsmoking casino area.

The staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The room was meticulously clean, drinking water, coffee and flavored creamers provided. The beds were extremely comfortable, extra pillows, robes, and every comfort we could want was made available. We couldnt be happier and will definitely be back!
