"Had to pay an overnight visit to Chesterfield so booked this hotel. To be honest i couldn’t fault it , reasonably priced, great location, very good service, loads of parking, very comfortable room which was spotless, good tapas style restaurant and the breakfast was excellent!! "

"Fabulous location in Buxton within a short walk of local amenities, Opera House, Pavilion Gardens, Devonshire Dome and town centre. The hotel itself is in a fabulous old building which has been restored to a very high standard. Very comfortable rooms, excellent spa facilities and a great restaurant and bar. This was our third visit to the Ensana Crescent hotel in Buxton and we plan to return in the future. To top it all, we had sunny weather for our two night stay in March. "

"We stayed for one night in a double room. The rooms were clean and fine, a little older in the decor. But the patio doors to the balcony were labelled out of order and a breeze could be felt through the seal. When raised with reception they were brilliant, checked other rooms and moved us to one which didnt have the sign on the door. The staff were lovely and did everything they could to accommodate us. We had dinner there and this was really good."
