"We planned a last minute trip to 30A and found the perfect place for our family of 4! It was a wonderful space for littles & close to the beach. Jason provides everything you need - wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. He even provides a pack & play for littles. The pool area was so nice & clean, the hot tub wasn’t working a couple of days and the pool isn’t heated so it was pretty chilly during early March. I would 100% recommend Jason’s cottage to anyone! "

"I booked this condo for my boyfriend and me for his birthday. We absolutely loved our stay. It was very clean, and they even gave us cookies. There was a slight miscommunication as we were on the way to the condo, but it was not bothersome to me at all. They felt bad and got me a gift. It was the sweatiest thing. I would stay here again. It was small but perfect for a couple. "

"This exceptional upscale property is exactly as it appears in the photos. All of us loved the house. It exceeded most rentals in the detail provided to ensure a great stay. We appreciated the beach toys for the kids, the bikes for adults and the golf cart. The pool is such fun for all ages - the water features step it up from most pools. The very short walk (maybe 5 minutes at the most) to the beach was super easy and not the least deterrence to going to the beach. You have to cross 30A but there is a well marked cross walk and people are super considerate and stop right away. It felt like a fun procession of the family to the beach. We preferred this location to beachfront. The house is super quiet even during spring break and we all slept very well. The beds and linens are very comfortable. Jason was extremely helpful and responsive. You won't find a better host. We definitely plan to return as soon as we can. Thank you for providing a place for precious family memories!"

"House and location were perfect. It easily accommodated our large family (6 adults and 4 kids). The bikes were great, although the listing said there were 4 and there ended up being six. Sorta frustrating because I rented 2 additional adult bikes for the duration of our stay. Beach towels, toys (we added to the collection) and chairs also a perk. We were disappointed with the kitchen as there was nothing more than salt and pepper. We had to purchase additional spices and cooking oil in order to be able to have breakfast a few of the morning, and extra paper towels as there was only 1 roll (10 people, 4 of which were kids). Additionally the coffee pot for the traditional coffee maker is not sized appropriately so you can’t actually brew a pot of coffee. Washer and dryer is also a great feature but again you have to purchase your own pods/detergent. Some of the basic needs and the perks of a VRBO missing certainly, however, overall we very much enjoyed our time and would consider returning in the future. "
