"It was great other than the construction next door. There was full crew making lots of noise early in the am. We would definitely stay in the cottage again; it was well stocked with items we needed and a good location. Please note that once you get on the private access beach you are required to walk further down because it has been purchased by those who live directly on the beach. Not a deal breaker but just more walking if that is a problem."

"We had the most amazing stay for our wedding weekend! The house was absolutely stunning & we were shocked that every room looked much bigger in person than in photos (which is always a great surprise!!) This property has so much charm & all of our guests were very impressed! The pool is beautiful & there are plenty of things to do at the house alone. The beach access was right across the street & we enjoyed being able to take the bikes & golf cart around to see the area. We used the kayaks & paddle board provided in the garage & had a blast at the beach. We are so excited to plan to stay here again hopefully soon! Jason was an awesome host & extremely accommodating to all of our questions & very responsive when needed. The guest guide provided every instruction you would ever need and more as well as a ton of recommendations for the area. This is a great spot for a family or friends trip & we loved every minute of our stay. Thank you!!"

"We LOVED our stay here and hope to be back!! Right next to Alys Beach but also close enough to Rosemary Beach. We walked and rode bikes to both places. The bikes were great to have when we wanted to ride two miles to the Fleet Feet and Publix to pick up a few things! The property was very clean and well kept. Loved that they provided towels, beach towels and beach chairs/umbrella. Overall, very very happy with our stay and I would recommend to all! "
