Run! Do not stay here. We booked a 2 queen room for three people. We received doubles. We measured! She said no one’s ever complained before - not my problem. She offered another room - same doubles. She then offered a one king room with a chair - to sleep 3 people?! There was no resolution and we had to leave and we are fighting them in a refund now. Beds were dirty, window broken, and wouldn’t lock unless you noticed, then they gave you a key that locked it, but could still be opened enough to break in. When we needed assistance, no one was in the lobby. The number on maps is wrong. The number on the website is accurate, but no one answers. I stood in the lobby calling to see if that would spur anyone to come - it didn’t. The main website where I found the proper number tells you you’ve been hacked. If you want a falsified size beds that are dirty, a broken window that anyone could easily break into still, stay here, but it’s still overpriced for this. Hotels.com did little to help or rectify the situation too. Scroll past this hotel and find a better place. For a last minute booking, I found the Ramada provides breakfast and was only $80 more for the entire stay. I wish I found them first and never went through this terrible experience with this place.
