Great, helpful and friendly staff, available instantly via text at all times. Parking lot very convenient. Workers are constantly there to assist with making sure vehicles are accessible. Super close to Disneyland. Loved my stay.

The spot was great for Disneyland we just walked across the street and Denny's was next door prices were fair not too expensive. Parking was really cramp for sure and also people using staircase where noisy all the way until about 1:00 a.m. in the morning.

The property was pretty decent and the staff was friendly. It’s a super short walk across the street to Disneyland. The parking situation was the biggest downside, as the property has more rooms than parking spaces, so if you need your vehicle, it’s inconvenient. Also, we found a pair of socks in our room that didn’t belong to us, which is the biggest reason I would not give it 5 stars for cleanliness.

I love staying at this property with my family every time we visit Disneyland! The distance to the park cannot be beat. On top of that the staff is super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend. Parking is a tight squeeze but not a deterrent for me.

The location is the reason we choose to stay here. Being across the street from Disneyland is great. The rooms could use an update. There were gaps around the door and all the outlets were very loose. Parking is always tight.

Room was nice and looked renovated. Nice little touch of a towel decoration. I was on the bottom floor. The people upstairs were heavy walkers and dropping things. So you might want upstairs. Parking is not included and as expensive as the park.

The property is dated but not any more than the others on Harbour Boulevard. Luis at the front desk was awesome during our check in. The bags of cookies they hand out is a nice touch too. Rooms were very clean; blanket is a sheet with a thin fleece blanket; we did ask for more halfway through our stay and they did bring some. For the price we paid we were disappointed at the lack of housekeeping. We were aware that they do not change the bedding and only change our towels and garbages, however we asked to have our room vaccines a few days into our stay and they said no, they could maybe do it the following day. We asked the following day and were told no again. Can’t beat the proximity to the parks. That alone was worth it!

Every time we come to Disney we stay here! Great place clean, bunk beds available. Pool is clean relaxing. Easy walk across street to Disney. Great places to eat with Family. Staff is Very Nice.

It's the perfect location for visiting disneyland. The room are clean and comfortable. The parking isn't the best but they make it work with how little space they have. The only downside we had was the light outside our window was so bright it lit up our room at night. Blackout curtains would have been nice to have.

Our door broke on our second night so maintenance had to come and they didn’t quite fix it. We were on the 1st floor and the people above us woke us up all 4 days we were there stomping around. I know that is not the Inn’s fault but will ask for a 2nd floor next time. It was clean and pleasant and the location to Disney was excellent. No shuttle to/from airport.
