I’ve stayed in this hotel on multiple occasions and I’ve always had a good experience. However, they allowed an intoxicated woman, who isn’t even a guest of the hotel, to have access to my room. I had my two daughters with me and this woman barged into our room at 11pm. I’m absolutely dumbfounded on how they allowed this to happen.

I made a reservation (3 weeks in advance) for a room with a king bed and bunk beds . The bunk beds were supposed to be separated with sliding doors. When I got there I checked in and they gave me the keys for my room . When I checked the room I noticed it was a studio with 2 queen beds and a sofa , no sliding doors. I went to the front desk and they told me they upgraded my room because they were sold out . Nobody told me that when I first got there . Im supposed to be paying for a specific type of room that I want. They told me they may have an available room the next day . My family and I stayed the night in the studio. The next day we were on Disney and we had to exit the park and go back to the hotel because the other room was ready . We spend more than 2 hours going back to the hotel and switching rooms, so we waisted time .

The family suite was very comfortable. Everything was updated and we especially liked the solid wood doors that close to separate the bunk bed and couch area from the king bed. Both also have their own TV. We enjoyed the pool and spa. The nearby food options were very good. We will definitely stay here again.

The stay was pleasant and breakfast was really good. Only downside parking is additional $35 per night. The uber ride to disneyland is $6-$10 per ride.

A very nice hotel and a nice stay. My only issue is $30 plus tax per day parking. You already get hammered by parking fees everywhere else in the Disney Orbit. If driving in and around the House of Mouse, budget a few hundred dollars for parking.
