Property is old. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The type of wear and tear on the property is normal but easy to fix. It leads you to think what else they are not fixing or doing to make the property clean and/or nice.

It has been several years since we stayed here. We chose this hotel this time because the one we usually stay at was booked. Check in went smoothly, staff was nice. The room was quiet, I did not hear any neighbors at all and I know the hotel was pretty full. Plenty of parking. I am to a fan of the $26 a day parking fee but I knew it when booking. Like I said, I have not been here for a few years. The room felt dated. A hotel room with carpet these days just seems outdated. The coffee maker still had the K-cup in from the last guest. The hair dryer did not work. The shower curtain does not want to stay closed at all, both sides just keep sliding into the middle and water gets all over the bathroom floor. The room was fine for what we needed it for, just wish it was a little more updated.

Breakfast is not included and shuttles to Disney are also not included. The breakfast is overpriced for the quality and options they serve. It is buffet style but not much of a variety. The bathroom was tiny and very dated. The beds were comfortable and i liked that Disney was only a 15 minute walk.

For the price we paid and location to Disney this was perfect! Hotel rooms are quite small for a family of 4! Hotel rooms are a little dated, but lobby area was very nice! The splash pad was great for littles!

Overall decent stay. It was frustrating because I called upon booking and morning of check in to request early check in. They said everything was good to go but when I got there they claimed to have no note about early check in. Shortly after entering the room housekeeping came and barged in to check the refrigerator for something and did not ask permission to enter the room. One of our days there house keeping came really late past 4:30pm so we were napping when they tried to come in. The room itself was as fine but the experience was very mid.
