It has been several years since we stayed here. We chose this hotel this time because the one we usually stay at was booked. Check in went smoothly, staff was nice. The room was quiet, I did not hear any neighbors at all and I know the hotel was pretty full. Plenty of parking. I am to a fan of the $26 a day parking fee but I knew it when booking. Like I said, I have not been here for a few years. The room felt dated. A hotel room with carpet these days just seems outdated. The coffee maker still had the K-cup in from the last guest. The hair dryer did not work. The shower curtain does not want to stay closed at all, both sides just keep sliding into the middle and water gets all over the bathroom floor. The room was fine for what we needed it for, just wish it was a little more updated.

This Holiday Inn property is in an ideal location near the Disney Theme Parks. It is walkable to the Magic Kingdom, but I would recommend driving or using public transportation. The hotel is nice with friendly service. However, it could use an update in the near future. There is plenty of free parking on site. Overall, a good value.

We picked this hotel for the price and proximity to the parks. We were met with a dated facility (to be expected for the price point), however we did not expect the dirtiness of the property. There was a used bandage on the bathroom door handle. The Keurig had standing water from another guest and hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The toilet overflowed one night. Even on days we requested a “full service cleaning” the sink was untouched. Also the bathroom is so small the sink had to be on the outside. Loose and non-functional outlets. And still a 1.2 mile walk to parks. Not worth it at all!!

Me and my family had a great experience in this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we paid for breakfast with our booking and it was a great decision considering we stay there for a week. Cleaning service was also great!

This was our 2nd stay and something happen during that year and a half stay. The staff were great, but the hotel is old, dirty, noisy (bathroom fan, constant water leak in the bathroom tub and the AC got me real sick because you couldn’t turn it off. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was extremely HOT and the carpet in the room and throughout the hallways were super dirty, coming up in the middle and everything else. Def not recommended this hotel unless you have no other option! Btw the pool was grimy and disgusting all the way around: This hotel is in dire need of an entire remodel!

Hotel was okay, it was an extra $30 to check in 2hrs early which every other hotel I’ve stayed at in the same area always let me check in free if there was a room available. But I paid it because we needed somewhere to get ready for Oogie Boogie Bash. Pool water was dirty. Carpets were dingy and wrinkled. Room is small, bathrooms super small no room to change in bathroom while others are in room. Shuttle takes forever to arrive since it’s not on main drag even though it’s literally on the same block of the park. I booked it because I feel safer in hotels that have interior entry only but probably won’t book again.

I stayed for 2 nights, very reasonable price stay. Everything else was great. Only problem was Carpet was not clean, I had hard time with my baby as he want to be on the floor, the carpet needs to be changed as that dirty. Also there was a odour in the room when I entered and may be opening the window or giving it refresh spray would have helped before guest arrives

Checked in late evening around 11pm after arriving in town. We were informed that hot water was not running, had to wait an hour before it was fixed. However, hotel super close to Disneyland which made it very convenient. Rooms could use an update though, as inside room felt very dark, and parking fee is hefty.
