I booked this room for my daughter and family. Looking at the photos and reviews I never in my wildest dreams would have thought what they walked in to. Poop smeared on the walls in the bathroom,on the toilet tank, eyelashes in the bed sheets. Torn sheet, dirty sheets, clumps of hair in the bedding, floors were filthy. The room smelled, people were outside smoking marijuana right outside their window. They scrubbed and clean that room and still didn’t feel comfortable and had to leave and find a place to go. Extremely disappointed, and disgusted to think someone thought it was OK to put two adults at two young kids in a room like that.

Close to Disney parks. Within walking distance. Toilet tank water level set too low. Had to flush twice to get all the "matter" to go down and clear the bowl. Otherwise, all was great.

Great stay, great view, bad WIFI
Loved our stay here, much nicer than the motel 6 we stayed at on our drive down to Anaheim. Had an issue with the wifi though, I had work a bit while away and it just wasn't working. After a few requests that the staff look into the problem it eventually started working but was very slow. We were given a room with a view of the Disneyland fireworks and it was great. Would definitely stay again but ill need to bring my own hotspot, since the internet was not reliable.

So impressed. We arrived early and they had rooms available BUT they asked us if we would prefer a quieter room. What consideration :) I also requested a room on the top floor because I didn't want to hear footsteps of other guests. We opted to wait about 1.5 hours and when we returned, we were checked into room 471. THIS ROOM CAME WITH A FIREWORKS VIEW. The elevator looked as if all buttons were pressed except for the Lobby. You just had to trust the elevator understood the floor you selected, and pray. We had no other issues with the elevator, but opted to take the stairs in the morning, lest we get stuck. Can't risk a Disney day. The rooms felt clean. The best Motel 6 I've ever stayed at, and I can count that on one hand. There was no safe in the room, unfortunately. House cleaning we were told was to come every other day, but they ended up cleaning on all but one of our five days. Much appreciated, but also embarassing because who doesn't clean up a little before house cleaning gets there? We never felt unsafe here. We have stayed at other hotels closer to Harbour x Katella and witnessed a lot more homelessness and mental health issues. Because this hotel is a bit off the beaten path, we saw none of this. It is, however, by the highway. Which is why we opted to wait for our quieter room. We always play white noise when on vacation, and with playing that, we found the hotel to be very quiet. Would stay again!

This is a budget hotel that provides the necessities for a fair price. The staff is amazing, especially Jasmine at the front desk. My only complaint is that they now charge for parking.

My room was nice …5 blocks from Disney. I could see the fireworks from my room 369. Water pressure was fine and had hot water. I understand why I saw complaints as this is an older property but it seems in good repair and my room was clean.

The property is in a convenient location and staff members are always friendly, and the cost is low. I have stayed here twice for Disneyland trips with family. The parks are within walking distance or you can hop on the city transit bus service for a small fee, with a bus stop in front of the property. My only complaint is this is an old property in desperate need of an overhaul; new bathroom fixtures and dry walling as there is a perpetual musty smell in the rooms.

The phone and air conditioner did not work. This was the 2nd time we were given room 136 and had problems, another time there were problems with the room as well No hair dryer or shampoo this time. The room smelt musty and mildewy. Will not stay there again.

I love this hotel. I make frequent trips here to spend a Friday night and Saturday day at Disneyland. It's not fancy but it is clean and the staff is available and accommodating. I like the lobby amenities like free coffee and hot drinks and a small market with self checkout.
