The staff was phenomenal! Service and support for any needs were met quickly. The room was extremely clean, and love the fact it was vinyl plank flooring and not carpet. The pool and hot tub were great condition and the pool area was nice. You get what you pay for, and this was great all around for my needs in needing a comfortable place to stay during a convention. Wish they had a room safe, but that would be my only complaint.

I booked this room for my daughter and family. Looking at the photos and reviews I never in my wildest dreams would have thought what they walked in to. Poop smeared on the walls in the bathroom,on the toilet tank, eyelashes in the bed sheets. Torn sheet, dirty sheets, clumps of hair in the bedding, floors were filthy. The room smelled, people were outside smoking marijuana right outside their window. They scrubbed and clean that room and still didn’t feel comfortable and had to leave and find a place to go. Extremely disappointed, and disgusted to think someone thought it was OK to put two adults at two young kids in a room like that.

It was horrific so dirty our floor in room had garbage from previous guests We slept on top of bedding the bedding hadn’t been changed from previous guests No blow dryer asked at front desk they were rude said they were all out in a not polite way

Cleanliness: 4/5 Service: 3/5 Comfort: 3/5 Noise: 3/5 Overall: 20 minute walk from Disneyland. No frills for a good rest from walking around the park all day. Beds are a bit soft compared to visits in the past and you now have to pay $20 for parking. The extended review... Cleanliness: 4/5 - The linens and towels were clean which is all I can ask for. Towels are a bit rough. Service: 3/5 - Friendly staff. Sadly now parking is no longer free. Comfort: 3/5 - The room was spacious. Beds were softer than before which wasn't good. The room seemed a bit dark at night and could use more lamps. Noise: 3/5 - Pretty quiet. You can hear the freeway noise which could act as white noise.

Exactly what you pay for. It was the most cost efficient around and I appreciate that. I could see stains on the bed, spiders in the room, loud yelling and helicopter and police action nightly. But the staff was so friendly!
