The staff was phenomenal! Service and support for any needs were met quickly. The room was extremely clean, and love the fact it was vinyl plank flooring and not carpet. The pool and hot tub were great condition and the pool area was nice. You get what you pay for, and this was great all around for my needs in needing a comfortable place to stay during a convention. Wish they had a room safe, but that would be my only complaint.

Motel is about a 15 min walk to Disneyland or a $6 Lyft ride which is convenient. Restroom could be a little cleaner but you get what you paid for so I wasn’t upset, just cleaned up the hair myself. Overall all was great.

Unexpected parking fee, their site states one thing but was charged another at the counter. The light in the bathroom did not work and each morning was awoken early (7ish) with construction or remodeling happening outside the room.

Love the place but where are room was locate it was not good to much noise and out next door where drinking and knockings at out door really loud we call downstairs' and they got worse we could sleep that night.

If You Aren't Going to Disney - DO NOT STAY HERE
A hotel only a kid could love. This place is set up only for Disney travelers and really no one else should have to stay there. They start getting up at 4 am to go stand in line at the park

my go to and always affordable but sad they now charge $20/day for parking so this may be the last time i book here. 15 min walk to toy story lot and always feel safe walking to/from and late in the evening. room adequate, came daily to clean (altho front desk said upon req only), but water pressure in shower was bad. always check it before settling in.

Be aware…you get what you pay for
Requested an ADA room on the first floor or near an elevator for someone with a wheelchair. We were given a room in the very back of the hotel on the third floor. No elevator near by. I’m me day there were workers n the third floor doing something to the flooring. When we were leaving, they told us we couldn’t go past them and we couldn’t leave the third floor. Very little water pressure makes it very difficult to shower, wash hands, brush teeth, etc. The toilet ran constantly. Air conditioning unit was very loud when running. The pillows suck and are uncomfortable Room appearance was terrible, multiple shades of touch up paint on the walls. Chunks of dry wall were missing. Fridge did not get cold. The list goes on…you get what you pay for and we probably won’t be staying at this sleazy motel again. I know it’s not a Hilton but not sure how they are still in business

Cleaners came after 4 PM to clean the room. Hot tub and pool were down for over 2 weeks and you could not use them. Garbage piled up next to garbage bins in walk ways. Hallways were closed causing extra walking to room. Elevators not servicing some floors. Pipes banging in walls for days. Coffee bar was not stocked and very dirty. Front door not automatic open. Hard to get off property to food locations.

Great location. Short walk to Disney. The rooms were clean, and the staff was extra friendly and responsive. Can't beat the price. The only down side is that there is no hair dryer in the rooms, no ice maker on the premises and no microwave in the room. Otherwise it was clean, close, and comfortable.
