We would definitely stay again. We pretty much used the room as sleeping quarters, so I can’t say much for the pool or anything, but we enjoyed our stay!

Check in was great. Ordered groceries the night of check in; they were delivered to the front desk. Upon getting to the front desk I waited in line and no one acknowledged me. Saw my groceries to the side and after waiting over 5 mins I went and grabbed my groceries. Several employees there and not one of them acknowledged me. The bed was extremely hard and very uncomfortable. The room was not clean there were chips and empty bottles by the couch area. The morning of check out I called to get a late check out which was granted for noon. Around 930 am housekeeping tried entering my room as I got to the door it was half open already from housekeeping. Paid over $600 for this property and was very unhappy with the stay. Complimentary breakfast was convenient; but tasted stale and wasn’t hot. Great location to the parks. Very very thin walls even being on a corner room we heard every noise from surrounding rooms.

This was our 2nd stay here. It is perfect for families going to Disneyland. Easy walk from Hotel to Disneyland, we’d come back to the room for a swim and lunch then walk back to Disneyland for the evening. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are great. We had 2 keen beds in a bedroom and then a perfectly good pull out couch in the lounge. You can easily fit 6 guests. Huge buffet breakfast too.

Really nice clean room and pool. Would stay again. The only thing was that they only clean once every other day and didnt take out our garbages or replace our body wash or shampoo. Other then that it was quiet and safe and breakfast was good with lots of variety. The mickey waffles were cute.

Overall great for families
Arrival day: The room was not ready until 5:30 although checkin is at 4. They did let me check my bags so I could walk around. My room was spotless and cool. Departure day; they let me check my bags at the desk the day of departure so I could visit Disney and leave my bags there. I came back and ubered to the airpot from the hotel. You can leave your car in the garage after you check out, but you have to pay for parking and get a code since you will have handed in your key. Overall great for families. Convenient to the park, and free breakfast. If you want your room cleaned you have to let them know. It is not automatic.
