We had purchased a expensive upgrade on Expedia for a park view and we had zero view we were told they would move us to a higher floor with a park view a couple days later was never contacted about it. And when I inquired about it they said the room would still not have park view. Very disappointing since we paid a lot of money for that view and it was our first time visiting Disney.

We loved this property. Our room was immaculate. So clean! Looked brand new. Breakfast was great. So many options. Staff and front desk were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend. We will be back.
