I stayed at the hotel with my family for 4 days. The rooms are very well-equipped, the hotel is nice and well located. The breakfast is good, the only thing that needs improvement is that they don't clean the room daily! :)

The only thing I didn't like about this property is that we drove a sprinter van and had to park at another facility because the parking garage could not accommodate our vehicle.

Definitely walkable to the parks there was two routes i suggest going into the downtown disney area in morning though wait times at security by drop off can be long

Carlos at the front desk made sure our holiday was comfortable by helping find an accessible suite option for our family. Having special needs kids means that that trips can be especially tricky and it was so wonderful to have the kind support at the front desk. We had a wonderful stay - this hotel is walkable to Disneyland, has a great pool and hot tub and breakfast is delicious with options for every one (even our picky eaters). When we left we realized we had left something behind and the hotel was prompt to make sure it was returned to us. We will be returning for sure!

The room we got was in a corner facing the street, very noisy with the constant sound of passing cars. Moreover, there was a dog in the next room barking all the time. When we asked the front desk to change rooms, we were refused with a very bad attitude.

The property and facilities were nice. The room was spacious but smelled strong of cigarettes. The Beds were ok and the pillows were no existent with zero fill. The curtains wouldn't close either leaving about a six inches gap letting all the light of the parking structure in.
