This property is definitely a motel. The bathroom had the faint scent of urine (I’d recommend that they use an enzyme cleaner). The keycard demagnetized constantly and I had to keep getting it reset. The driveway was non-existent. You have to use the jack in the box driveway to access the property.

We cancelled our reservation 5 minutes after walking into our room. The staff when checking in asked me for things that they didn’t ask the two groups in front of me. Such as ID and wanted my vehicle information on a sticky note. I felt that my family was targeted and had I stayed my vehicle most likely would have been stolen. The room was dirty with a broken mirror and hair on the bed sheets and pubic hair all over the bathroom. My opinion… don’t stay here. There are many better hotels in the area for only a little bit more. I’m someone who likes a good deal but not at the risk of safety for me and my family.

We booked a room because we were a family of four and they gave us a one room open check-in and I asked them why if I had book for a two bedroom and they said a two bedroom wasn’t available and I said that was not my fault and they say it’s not their fault either even though I have the email and everything confirming it listen to the room, they said he was still a third-party anyways they had a wait almost an hour and a half with a handicap lady a child and two others they didn’t care they didn’t apologize. They didn’t compensate nothing at all after they gave us a two bedroom and everything was missing blankets and everything else and it was dirty too will not be coming back horrible

The conentainal / included breakfast was pitiful, a half frozen muffin and some juice. Not impressed was hoping for atleast toast or cereal, during our 8/9 days there our sheets were never changed. The bed was made but sheets never swapped out gross. Our facet sprayed water out the side. The biggest upset was the sheets never being changed and the breakfast, definitely will not be recommending or staying again.

Didn’t feel safe
This hotel is located across the street from a very popular ice shop which have super long lines until midnight. So between all that foot traffic and Harbor Blvd traffic, it’s very noisy. Upon check we noticed suspicious people just hanging out in the darker areas, possibly locals because we were near a residential area. Didn’t feel safe. We booked 2 rooms, no blow dryer in one of them and my hotel phone was literally disconnected, no cord attached. Beds are very uncomfortable. Towels were dirty. Noise from outside residential neighbors didn’t stop until 3am, when I finally went to sleep. We heard loud music, people yelling, car alarms going off, people honking there car horns and street sweeper. Overall we didn’t feel safe. Don’t stay there if you want to get a good night sleep.
