Disney trip with 5 yr old

We booked last minute but price was very reasonable. We were traveling with our child also. Room was clean and roomy. Place does have some things such as floor that need fixing but overall I think it was a decent place. The gentleman at desk was friendly. Breakfast is also offered which many places do not. Location is great close to Disney and has food options nearby. Unlike mentioned on some reviews I did not see any bugs. It is a simple place but for what is paid I think it’s worth it. I have paid a bit more and end up in worse places. I would definitely consider this place for a future visit. Only stayed one night so did not take a look at pool which it had. I believe customer service makes such a difference and big impact on my personal decisions in returning to place and this for me was a win.

This hotel is cheap and thats really what you get from this hotel. The room is dirty and there are stains on the bedding and towels. The hot tub is cold and the pool is freezing. The floors are dirty. The rooms are paper thin and so you hear everything. The workers were all very nice so that was a plus and it was free parking which was nice but I wouldn't stay here again.

Where all the loose hair goes

The room appeared to be clean when we checked in but I knew the sheets had not been changed because we received our room key before the room was ready. We waited in the parking lot and was able to see the maid clean the room while we waited. Not once did I see sheets be brought out therefore when I got into the room, I immediately checked the beds and there was hair and other marks on the bed. I went to the front desk asking if they could please change the sheets. She said they would do it in a little bit. We went to the store and when we came back the same exact sheets were on there. I know this because I took pictures of the dirty sheets, and there were the same exact marks. The maid lied, and said she had done them, even though I insisted that she changed them which she finally ended up doing each day, we came back to our room only to have one washcloth, even though there was four of us in the room, and there was hair on all towels. The bathroom floor was always dirty, covered in hair with hair colors that were not even in our group very unfortunate and I will never stay there again.

First thing I did after driving 2 hours to this place was use the restroom. First thing I see if hair on the floor, but at least the toilet is wiped (I hope). Then I see 2 roaches in the corner of the shower. How??? And then to top it off, hair on my bed. And from various people since they were all different styles. I was afraid to wake up with a hair in my mouth. Never would stay here again. You get what you pay for.

If your looking for a cheap hotel for Disney this is an option but the rooms were dirty had hair bed had stains shower was gross, room smelled like weed and you can hear the person above you all night

Don’t waste your money

Front desk staff didn’t offer any information regarding breakfast pool hours etc. I stayed here to use the hot tub and the hot tub wasn’t even warm. They said it was going to be “fixed”. None of the outlets in the room worked the plugs just fell out. Super loud with body shops next door and the Jack in the box speaker. Over flow parking is behind a big dumpster all dark and glass everywhere.

This property is definitely a motel. The bathroom had the faint scent of urine (I’d recommend that they use an enzyme cleaner). The keycard demagnetized constantly and I had to keep getting it reset. The driveway was non-existent. You have to use the jack in the box driveway to access the property.

A cheap budget friendly option for Disney and Angel stadium both of which are walkable from the hotel. Reception team are friendly and helpful and have bag storage which was great and highly appreciated. Cleaning needs to be improved, my room was covered in long hairs and duvet had multiple stains, however, it is a budget hotel and I have stayed in much worse places and is good enough for a night. You get what you pay for.

The bathroom looked old and there was a dead roach. Little water came out of the shower head. You can hear all the outside noise.

Had my doubts at first from the outside and lobby area’s appearance, but the inside the room was very nice and clean. Generally a quiet area, aside from the Disney fireworks at night. Right next to jack in the box and other fast food places. Parking can be pretty tight too if you plan on arriving late at night.
