The Space:
Immerse yourself in the beauty of Alaska at our exquisite 3-bedroom home located in the peaceful Forrest Park neighborhood of Anchorage. This charming retreat is close access to the Anchorage Coastal Trail, Westchester Lagoon, Airport, and parks. Comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, making it an ideal choice for families, friends, and special gatherings seeking both adventure and relaxation.

Living Spaces: The inviting living room, with large windows, offers breathtaking views of the Alaskan wilderness. It features comfortable seating, a cozy fireplace, and a state-of-the-art entertainment system.
Bedrooms: Each of the three bedrooms is a haven of comfort. The master suite includes a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a king bed, while the third bedroom offers one queen bed. Additional guests can be accommodated on the downstairs living room two twin beds a queen air mattress, and two twin portable beds in the bedroom closets, along with a queen air mattress.
Kitchen and Dining: The fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, with modern appliances and all the necessary utensils. The adjacent dining area seats 8, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals.

The house is beautiful, and the managers were extremely responsive. We had one issue - totally out of the control of the managers - which was fixed within 15 minutes. Everyone went above and beyond to be sure our stay was perfect. The house is in a very nice neighborhood, close to many attractions. I can't say enough good things about this rental!

Nice property. Easy to find and access. Comfortable for the first 8 and the 9th was kind of in the living room on an air mattress. Totally worked, I just hadn't really thought through that. Front windows out to the street were beautiful! Everything was clean and had everything we needed (i.e. hair dryer, kitchen utensils, etc.). Would stay here again. Only minor issue was there was a tree out front that was dropping some super dark berry that was staining clothes and I was worried we would get in trouble for the carpet in the rental car so we made everyone walk around on the grass and parked closer to the street and we were ok. I'll bet that is a time of year thing, too but it looked like the driveway hadn't been cleared off in a while.

Perfect Location

This property was conveniently located to everything we wanted to see and do. It was a good match for two families to stay at with tweens and teens. The two adult couples enjoyed staying upstairs while the kids enjoyed the spacious downstairs. It was nice to unwind after our day of adventure in the Jacuzzi. Some of the items on the property we would have enjoyed, but we’re not included, were more than four chairs at the dining table (so we could all eat together), wine glass stemware, and additional towels for the Jacuzzi. Great quick stop to prepare for cruise

This place is a well-located to visit anchorage museums and zoo with a car. Also a perfect place to restock and prepare for an Alaskan cruise. Just minutes to the airport. Everything we needed was provided. Great stay.

Nice House, Great Location

The house is in a very nice neighborhood, and the house itself is nice. It is split level with the lower half being a half basement. A couple of the beds listed are rollaway style. The house has some nice touches like the hot tub and Frame TV upstairs. The kitchen has the basic utensils and is amazing.
