I was disappointed in this double tree as a Hilton rewards member. When I arrived it took awhile for the front desk to find my reservation, longer than it should have. Once I went to the room there were centipede looking bugs on the ceiling and dead centipede guts in the bed sheets. The balcony had someone's pants left behind and the telephone in the room was pulled out of the jack and not usable. Three of us were staying in the room and we received 3 body towels and 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. I was disappointed to go to their restaurant/bar it was dirty so I left. The courtyard was beaten down and not pretty at all and no fire pits were lit like it shows in pictures. They offer hot breakfast at $17 pp but honestly I had free or included breakfast other places that was way nicer. One good thing about here was the cookie you received upon arrival and the fun people we stayed with.

Toilet water was brown. When flushed it flooded the bathroom floor. Charged $25.00 for early checkin even though the room was ready. Two rooms were to be together instead we were on floors 3 and 5. Would never stay there again
