"This hotel had the most amazing night staff. He bent over backwards when we arrived late from our flight, personally making us food and serving drinks after the kitchen closed. We got great recommendations and the breakfasts and dinners were fantastic. We got an upgraded room with an picturesque view of the lake at sunrise. It's a fantastic place!"

"We could easily check in and had all the codes to enter the apartment. The codes where just a little long and you always needed to check the correct one according the message. Also, we booked for 3 people but the bed sheets were only provided for 2. After a quick phone call, we got informed about some more available in the building, so we could grab them by ourselves and that was easy and ok. The smell of the apartment was a little confusing, we couldn’t tell why it smelled. However it was all super clean and very comfortable beds!"
