The room was clean and quiet and everything worked well. It’s a little rough around the edges in a few spots (the AC unit in my room looked pretty beat up but worked fine, for example). Plenty of eateries nearby My only complaint was that the coffee in the lobby was undrinkable. Cold and tasted awful.

Front desk staff was not very friendly when we checked in she was not very organized on getting us to our room also we called and asked for a plunger and batteries took 25 min … I had to go to desk and the two of them were sitting there talking check out process was just as long she wouldn’t answer my question until she laid eyes on my room to get my deposit back when that wasn’t even my question

I have been coming to the Red Roof every 4th of July for many years. I have a condition with my ears that doesn’t allow me to be around loud noises like fireworks. Coming up the Red Roof in Hendersonville, NC gives me the quiet I need. I heard very little fireworks noise. Raymond (I believe that was his name) was very nice & accommodating & I thought had the best personality for a front desk.

Not the room we booked &!would not stay again.
We booked a king bed but upon arriving at the hotel were told all they had left was a 2 full bed hotel room. 2 adults on a full size bed was very uncomfortable. The toilet was not properly fitted to the floor & listed to one side when sat upon. The room was ADA approved (which we did not need) and made it very difficult to shower easily.

The room was ok, but one of the ice makers was out of order and the other spit out ice with bugs frozen in the cubes. I understand this place is getting a make over, but the ice was nasty. Staff was friendly and accommodating, probably wouldn’t book a room there again.
