Great staff/yummo chicken
Staff were super helpful, I needed my ticket for a show at the Paramount printed out and the business office printer available to guests was out of ink. I panicked, they front desk staff had me send my ticket to an email and printed it for me! I enjoyed the show, loved the boneless chicken wings at the restaurant as well.

Just not a great experience
The first room reeked of smoke. The second room smelled better but not great. The TV was on and there was no remote or way to turn it off. I had to call the front desk to get a remote. Just not a great experience.

The staff at Ashland Delta are always so friendly. They definitely exhibit Marriott core values. The restaurant could still stand to work on their customer service but the food is always good.

Ashland KY
Front desk staff was pleasant and welcoming. Accomodatiins had been made online so check in was quick and efficient. The room was clean, comfortabke and well apportioned. We had dinner at The Winchester and were pleasantly surprised with the ambiance and menu options. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner before returning to the room and falling asleep quickly. The bed was very comfortable and afetr a good nights sleep check was just as efficient as check in. We would absolutely stay here again.
