Our room had a very dirty carpet - toe nail clippings and pieces of dried food. The toilet seat was loose on one side. The breakfast offerings were wonderful. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Had the room been cleaner, this would have meritted another star or 2.

We thought the hotel would be at least maintained but if it was broken it showed the pool needed upgrades the room also the only up date was shower and sink no room service.

There was a constant noise in the plumbing pipes from the time we checked in until we checked out. It was rhythmic, timely and the same volume. It interfered with our sleep. We were two single ladies and there was only one hand towel in the room when we checked in. I forgot to mention it when I checked out.
