Hotel was ok, my the door lock seems as if it was broken at one point and not fixed very well. Very loose. There was a whole in the bottom corner of the door and another door on the floor looked as if it was broken into but not attempted to make it look like it was fixed. Otherwise it was an ok stay and clean.

Carpet had stains and obviously not the newest property. I had to have front desk come make notes as they asked for credit card on file for damages. Perfect location with food and nearby Walmart. Shower was clean. We liked that it was a convenient distance to airport and for one night stay I felt safe alone with my two boys. Nothing luxurious but perfect for me. Free breakfast is always a plus. Not the greatest choices but ok. Arcade was ok and pool as well. Did not see bugs. Bedding had one stain on bed skirt but sheets were clean.

Feels like there is a lot of humidity in room 102. Carpet felt damp. Bathroom door shows signs of water marks. Fan in bathroom did not work. Temperature in room hard to control. Not worth the $200 Can.

Our room telephone randomly rang and hung up during the hours of 1-2 am. When I mentioned it to the front desk they just said, “oh that’s too bad”. The building is dated, rusty, moldy and the pool was filthy. The elevator was making cranking noises and the luggage carts are old and hardly roll. The place has furniture from 1970 and staff that seem sleepy.

This hotel is located in the perfect spot of Plattsburgh…walking distance from many stores such as Walmart… ulta… home goods… the maxx & plenty of restos… very quiet hotel & the game room was a hit for our kids:-) breakfast has great choices and the pool was another added addition to keep our kids happy! Overall stay was great!
