This was a wonderful property. It is a bit large. The surrounding properties area bit underwhelming. We went to breakfast, but the signage was lacking. No-one inide or out knew where the entrance to New South Kitchen was. Employees of the hotel didn't recognize the name, so we wandered for almost a half hour before asking the front desk. You might want to talk to your neighbors and/or put up some signs.

The toilet ran all night, and there was no drain stopper in the 1980s tiled bath/shower. So not only was there no way to take a bath, an earring was lost down the drain while washing hair.
