I'd stay here again
Only stayed 1 night for an event that was close by. Customer service at the counter during check-in was great. Room was clean, and the bed was really comfortable. I will say the walls are thin. We could hear everything that was happening outside the door. But it didn't bother us too bad though. Breakfast was pretty good. Nice location. Close to alot of food places, some in walking distance.

One thing I would complain about would be housekeeping not cleaning the room during my 3 day stay. I don’t know if it was upon request or they don’t clean rooms that have dogs (I always took my dog out) but they prioritize rooms that are empty. I left for 6 hrs one day from late morning into the night and the room was still not clean. The front desk staff was great! Very friendly and gave advice when I ran into trouble with my booking. Fast check out. Also located in a convenient location. 30 minutes to Atlanta, 6 mins to Gas South Arena, and 8 mins from Kroger. There’s dozens of great 4-star rated restaurants from brunch, lunch, and dinner. Would definitely go back!

Property was nice and clean, and other than the guy who checked us in, staff was nice and helpful. He told us nothing about breakfast or WiFi, didn’t ask if we had any special requests for a specific floor or room location and barely spoke.

The worst hotel
The hallway was noisy, baby crying the whole night. People talking. Employees having celebrating birthday 6am in the morning. Horrible experience.

The hotel room and lobby was very clean. The beds were very uncomfortable though, as I woke up with a head and back ache. It was also very easy to hear noises from outside and from our neighbors, it felt that the walls were paper thin. The lock on the bathroom didn’t work either.

All of the staff we interacted with from the front desk, to the breakfast area to the housekeeping did a top notch job making us feel welcomed. They were always pleasant to interact with. Management should consider the front desk staff’s posture having to lean over their computers to check guests in. Not good in the long run for their backs. The room was clean but the floors we stayed on, the hallways, decor could use some updating. It doesn’t match the new, updated feel the lobby and dining area had which feels deceptive somehow.
