I was VERY happy with my hotel choice! The staff was amazing and made me feel special for my birthday. Gave a really nice recommendation for dining for my birthday. Great location and view (better depending on your room). The rooms were extremely spacious. I'm bummed the weather was too warm to enjoy the fireplace feature so I guess I must come back lol

Nice hotel and stay in Catalina. Staff was very nice and accommodating. They stored our luggage for us before check in and after check out, as our ferry wasn’t leaving from Catalina until later. Hotel was in a “mall” of sorts with shops and dining. The Italian restaurant below us smelled wonderful, although we didn’t eat there. There was even live music in the mall area. It was a nice mid week getaway for my wife and I. Would go again and stay here again.

Breakfast was supposed to be included( as advertised on Expedia). There was a continental breakfast only with old pastries , cereal, and yogurt No sitting area to enjoy the coffee but the 4 chairs. In the room some lights were not working, shower door getting stuck , bathroom not cleaned throughly.

GREAT hotel to stay in Santa Catalina! Clean rooms and wonderful helpful staff! Prime location! Things to do.. Rent the golf cart! no question!! only way to see the island .Make sure you visit the CASINO (not an old casino) name means "Gathering place" worth the $ RELAX and enjoy!
