We had issues with check-in as the keys won't work. We had to wait for more than 10 minutes for the staff to fix it. When she came, she said its working now. The next morning however after having breakfast, the keys again do not work so we had to have it fixed again. Fortunately, the lady assigned in the morning knows what to do. Breakfast was dismal. Everything is just carbs. No protein, not even just hard boiled eggs which are not so hard to prepare. There was cereal but no milk, how are you supposed to eat it? Would be nice if they at least made something for the number of guests that morning. Seems everything they served were just leftovers.

Absolutely horrendous, do not recommend to families or really anyone for that matter. From the toilet paper shoved in the electrical outlets ( extremely concerning ) to the filthy floors and the sketchy locks on the doors I’m surprised it passes the inspection and is allowed to even remain open. Spent hours that night, after our late checkin and hours on the road prior, trying to find a direct contact number to actually speak to someone to try and get the second night canceled and a refund, as the virtual chat pretty much said to double check the rating of the property prior to booking. Never actually spoke to anyone and just had to just deal with it. Needless to say we slept on top of the covers and showered with our sandals on.

I would recommend leisure stay at this property.
We came in late after an event. Only to find the air conditioning was not cooling and we found tiny roaches and we immediately check out our room to return the key cards. Advised the front desk clerk of the conditions, and asked if they can refund my money. Her response was they were not going to refund my money. I asked do I have to go through hotel.com for my refund and she said she didn’t know. Also, room furniture was in very poor condition.

There are cigarette butts all over the parking lot. People hanging out on the stairs and cars parked in the middle of the parking lot talking to people hanging in their windows. You can hear people talking and yelling outside all through the night. The room was clean but the sink would not drain. It was the cheapest in the area but for good reason.

The 1st two days there. Every evening when we return to the room. The bed was not made and trash not taken out. Dirty towels not replaced either. You have to ask for service instead of it being done automatically. The refridgerator leaked water onto the floor through an already rotted side of cabinet that it was in. The TV got replaced day before check-out.

Cleaning supplies are NOT an expense at this motel.

Awful! Broken AC, dirty room
We got in late at night. We were told we got the last room. When we got to the room it was very stuffy and muggy. We turned the AC on, or so we thought. It turned out, the fan was the only thing working. The air conditioner itself was broken. So then it just became a room filled with circulating hot muggy air. Then the dust and dirty room. There was a thick film of dust on the furniture and beds. The sheets and towels had stains. It was awful. Even a partial refund would be appreciated for the extent of issues we had in this room.

Beware! Cockroach infestation
From the moment I walked in my room I could tell it was going to be a bad experience. Killed a cockroach within 30 seconds, large groups of dead bugs in the corners, sticky surfaces everywhere, boogers on the wall! I booked this “no cancellation” reservation for work based on photos that were not representative of the space at all. In all I killed over 20 cockroaches in my 4 days, including two that were crawling on me as I was in bed. Neither the hotel or Hotels.com were helpful in offering a solution or refund, aside from maintenance staff coming in to put a small amount of paste to stop the roaches, which did nothing at all. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels for work and this ranks in the top 2 at worst places I’ve ever stayed at. Paid a flight change to leave early and wasted half a day cleaning my travel items that I will be contacting hotels.com for reimbursement, and as I stay in the area annually, I will be making my colleagues aware to never stay here.

The overhead light fixture over the sink was cracked and full of dead bugs....broken curtains and broken hangers rendering them useless, the headboard had a gaping rip in the vinyl and apparently you have to request cleaning service... For $246.00 I expected much better than this... I paid less in Vegas and my room was palatial compared to this... Never again....
