Okay stayed
I was expecting to be more exciting to stay in CR7 hotel. The last night of our stay the Air unit stopped working. We called at 12 midnight to come fix it and they came did something but an hour later didn’t work again. We were so tired that ended up sleeping with the window opened and hardly slept through the night due to the streets noises. The breakfast was good for the price. The service was good but I wasn’t offered to moved to another room. The location is the best for this hotel. Walking distance from train, restaurants, the center where all the action is but besides that I was not impressed for the price paid. We rented a car but had to pay 20 euros daily. They don’t provide parking but is expected where is located. Also, is a little walk to the parking.

Staff went above and beyond with simple things. I arrived at 6 AM from a flight, checking was at 3PM, rooms was being occupied and would be be cleaned before the current guest checked out at 11AM. Staff checked all this and calmly explained, offered me free coffee that they made fresh for me, offered me a free breakfast which they are not required to do. This hotel is owned by Cristiano Ronaldo. They sell his merchandise in the lobby. The stuff seemed so reasonably priced with all the expensive junk you see that I bought some stuff just to thank them.

Great location and novel
Great location and enjoyed the novelty of the hotel being part owned by Christian Ronaldo. Room and bed were comfortable but a the glass surrounded bath made it awkward to shower as my friends arm was hurt and had nothing to hold onto climbing in and out as the shower screen on the Bath edge was fixed. Generally nice but not quite 5 star

Very disappointing
Very disappointing to see that CR7 is connected to this hotel. Very misleading. Cleanliness is very bad. Stains on the pillows, floor not cleaned, holes in curtains, corridors smelling of carpet dust• Extra bed was beyond uncomfortable and almost all wooden. The room after cleaning doesn’t smell nice. Overall experience was not good at all and very disappointing. No coffee replacement in the rooms, no help with luggage. Bad experience.
